We had an amazing time on our 2-night, 3-day cruise in Ha Long Bay. The extra money was definitely worth it as we got to experience both the breathtaking scenery of the bay and explore the charming villages on Cat Ba Island. The staff, especially Andy and Alex, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our journey was smooth and enjoyable. The room with a beautiful view of Ha Long Bay and the complimentary red rose petals in the bathtub made our stay extra special. The food was also delicious, and the limousine transfer to and from Hanoi was comfortable and convenient.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better is if they had included black tea and coffee during the brunch breakfast at 10 am.

We appreciated fantanstic staff. Sunny balcony was a bonus! Food for breakfast was great.

I had an amazing experience on the cruise. The staff at La Regina Legend were extremely friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The cruise itself was immaculately clean, and the food provided was delicious. I never went hungry during my stay. The day trips, including bike riding and kayaking, were enjoyable and gave me a unique perspective on the local village. The views of the bay, especially during happy hour, were breathtaking. I also want to give a special shout out to the kind and helpful staff members Patrick, Daisy, and Andy. Thank you for making my experience unforgettable.

The upper deck was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and lovely beds. The bay was especially stunning at dusk. We had a great time and appreciated the free upgrade. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The food was delicious, just like in a top restaurant.

Our bathtub suite with stunning Halong Bay view was mind-blowing, and we were delighted by the free red rose petals in our tub. The food was super delicious, and the limousine arrangement for our transfer was fantastic. The service from the staff, especially Mr. Big and Curly, was top-notch, and they made sure we had an amazing stay. The room was jaw-droppingly lovely and huge, with a comfy bed and relaxing tub. The terrace offered wonderful views, and the cruise deck was awesome. The 5-star service provided by Mr. Ha, the manager, was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and smiley. We will definitely be coming back!

I always come back to my favorite place in Ha Long because of the helpful staff who returned my forgotten items. It has everything I need, free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception and security, bar, restaurant. Coming back for New Year!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the beauty of the surroundings was breathtaking, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere. the breakfast and food served were excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We also loved the fact that the hotel was in a prime location, close to all the key attractions and activities in the area. it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the communication could have been better, particularly in terms of English understanding.

We were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the whole place was. The calm and serene atmosphere added to the overall tranquility of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and even helped arrange a direct bus for us, saving us time and hassle. They also helped us get a reimbursement for the shuttle back to Hanoi that we didn't need anymore. The food was okay but the top-quality service truly made up for it. our experience at the cruise was mind-blowing and unforgettable. We will definitely be recommending this hidden gem to our loved ones.
